A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 112-93
(AMENDMENT NO. 2) APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
OPERATINGAND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR
THE USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the city Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
use of Community Development Block Grant Funds, for the fiscal year
1993-94 on June 23, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 112-93 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the fiscal year
1993-94 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 112-93 was amended by Resolution
No. 10-94 on January 12, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets
for the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds, for the
fiscal year 1993-94, as adopted by Resolution No. 112-93 and
amended by Resolution No. 10-94, is hereby further amended to
reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1993-94,
so amended, shall be the budget for the use of Community
Development Block Grant Funds, for said fiscal year 1993-94 as
contemplated to be made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1993-94
shall total $5,548,000, with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $5,193,250, and the capital improvements budget totaling
$390,750.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
