RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTANT'S AGREEMENT
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 94-2
(GOSFORD/WHITE)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
This Council approves that certain agreement between
the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD and WILSON & ASSOCIATES, for services as
assessment engineer for City of Bakersfield Assessment District
No. 94-2, (Gosford/White), County of Kern, State of California,
dated the AUG ~0 ~9~ , 1994, and attached to this
resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the
Finance Director is authorized to countersign the agreement.
I NEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
