SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY,
POLICE SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS,
FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS IN
WATER AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 109-94 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the General Supervisory,
Police Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that effective August 10, 1994, the Salary Schedule,
a part of Resolution No. 109-94, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 109-94 is hereby amended by deleting
the following class titles from the Management Unit:
