4.1 a Approval of minutes for Planning Commission meeting of January 15, 2004.
Motion made by Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner to approve the non-public
hearing portion of the Consent Calendar. Motion carried by group vote.

5. PUBLIC HEARING —Tentative Parcel Map 11013 (McIntosh and Associates) (Ward 3)
Staff report given recommending approval subject to conditions contained in the staff report.

approving the Negative Declaration and approving the requested
as shown on Exhibit A and recommend same to City Council. Motion carried by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blockley, Ellison, Lomas, Spencer, Tragish, Tkac, Gay
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
