CONSENT CALENDAR a. Minutes of the regular meeting December 8, 2003. b. Approval of department payments from November 26, 2003 to December 18, 2003 in the amount of $74,411.00. c. Component Unit Financial Report (CUFR) for the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2003. Motion by Davenport, seconded by Raphael, to approve Consent Calendar items 3.a. through 3. c. REPORTS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. ACTION TAKEN APPROVED AB MARTINEZ, SCHROEDER 78 Bakersfield, California, January 5, 2004 - Page 2 NEW BUSINESS Development and Disposition Agreement with D.W. Sivers Company concerning 1924 Q Street and 1008 California Avenue. Staff comments by City Manager and Economic Development Director Kunz. Motion by Raphael, seconded by Prince, to approve the Development and Disposition Agreement. Allocation to the Assistance League for a subgrant in the amount of $50,000 from the Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Program to address environmental cleanup of a commercial building located at 1924 "Q" Street. Staff comments by City Manager Tandy. Motion by Cohen, seconded by Davenport, to approve the allocation. Oral Report and presentation regarding the status of the City of Bakersfield's Economic Development General Fund and recommendation to charge $300,000.00 of Administrative Cost to the Redevelopment Fund. Staff comments by City Manager Tandy. Staff comments and overhead presentation by Economic Development Director Kunz. Motion by Davenport, seconded by Prince charging $300,000.00 of the Administrative Redevelopment Fund. to approve Cost to the AGENCY STATEMENTS None.
