AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 32-92 REGARDING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO.
2, DIVISION 23 (WEST COLUMBUS STREET UNDERGROUND
UTILITIES PROJECT.)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 32-92 establishing Underground Utility Distict
No. 2, Division 23 was adopted on March 11, 1992.
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has requested an extension
fo the construction completion date for Underground District 2, Division 23.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby amends
Resolution No. 32-92 paragraph 5, page 2 as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council does hereby fix
December 31, 1996 as the date on which all affected utilities must have all
facilities installed, and have completed removal of all poles, overhead
wires and associated overhead structures and the underground installation
of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, cable
television or similar or associated services within Undergound Utility
District 2, Division 23."
Except as otherwise amended herein, all other terms and conditions of Resolution No.
32-92 shall remain in full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by
the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on
