AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
3.20.125 OFTHE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO SALE OF SURPLUS
REAL PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 3.20.125B of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
