Payments from October 30, to December 2, 1999 in
the amount of $19,176.47.
Resolution adopting amended Bylaws.
Resolution consenting to the Assignment of the rights
and obligations under Agreement No. RA99-1 from
Golden Empire affordable Housing, Inc. to GEAHI
Park Place Associates Limited Partnership.
Appropriate and transfer $121,000 tax increment and
other revenue for the Central District Project Area to
the Redevelopment Operating Budget for transfer to
the Housing Set Aside Fund, $21,000 and the Debt
Service Fund, $100,000.
Staff recommends adoption of Consent Calendar
