AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 12-.92 REGARDING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT
NO. 2, DIVISION 22 (WHITE LANE UNDERGROUND
UTILITIES PROJECT).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12-92 establising Underground
Utility District No. 2 Division 22 was adopted on January 19, 1992.
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has requested
an extension of the construction completion date for Underground
Utility District No. 2 Division 22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby
amends Resolution No. 12-92 paragraph 5, page 2 as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council does hereby fix
December 31, 1994 as the date on which all affected
utilities must have all facilities installed, and have
completed removal of all poles, overhead wires and
associated overhead structures and the underground
installation of wires and facilities for supplying
electric, communication, cable television or similar or
associated services within Underground Utility District
No. 2, Division 22."
Except as otherwise amended herein, all other terms and conditions
of Resolution No. 12-92 shall remain in full force and effect.
