A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 44-93
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS
(T~4PORAR¥ UNIT - HEARING OFFICER).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 44-93 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make amendment thereof;
WHEREAS, this Resolution will establish the class title and
salary for Hearing Officer in the Temporary Unit; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective July 28, 1993, a portion of the Salary
Schedule, a part of Resolution No. 44-93 is hereby amended as
follows:
Resolution No. 44-93 is hereby amended adding the following
class title to the Temporary Unit:
080H
Hearing Officer
