HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 104-93RESOLUTION NO. '~ 0 4 - 9 3 A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PA~KING ALONG SAN DIMAS STREET ADJACENT TO THE BAKERSFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. W~R~EAS, Section 22507 of provides that local authorities may streets; and the California Vehicle Code restrict parking on certain WJ~=REAS, construction at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital has temporarily eliminated parking spaces for doctors on emergency call; and WHEREAS, the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital administration has requested that six (6) parking spaces along San Dimas Street be made available for doctors on emergency call during the time construction is in process. NOW, of Bakersfield THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDby the Council of the City as follows: Six (6) parking spaces along the east side of San Dimas Street adjacent to the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital between 34th and 36th Streets are hereby restricted to allow parking only by doctors on emergency call, after signs or markings giving adequate notice of the restrictive parking have been placed. .......... o0o ..........
