A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PA~KING
ALONG SAN DIMAS STREET ADJACENT TO
THE BAKERSFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
W~R~EAS, Section 22507 of
provides that local authorities may

the California Vehicle Code
restrict parking on certain

has temporarily eliminated parking spaces for doctors on emergency
call; and
WHEREAS, the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital administration
has requested that six (6) parking spaces along San Dimas Street be
made available for doctors on emergency call during the time
construction is in process.
NOW,
of Bakersfield
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDby the Council of the City
as follows:
Six (6) parking spaces along the
east side of San Dimas Street
adjacent to the Bakersfield Memorial
Hospital between 34th and 36th
Streets are hereby restricted to
allow parking only by doctors on
emergency call, after signs or
markings giving adequate notice of
the restrictive parking have been
placed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
