A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 SETTING
SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY, POLICE
SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS.
(FIRE MARSHALL/TRAINING OFFICER)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-92 setting salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the General Supervisory,
Police Supervisory and Management Units of the City, the City
desires to make amendment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that Resolution No. 90-92 is hereby amended to add the
following paragraph to Section 3. Salary Schedule:
Salary ranges shall be increased for the following management
positions, according to the effective dates described in the
following schedule:
EOUITY ADJUSTMENTS
06/29/92
Fire Marshall/Training Officer 2.5%
06/28/93
2.5%
Salaries for the above classifications shall be as described
on the attached Salary Schedule, as of the pay period beginning
January 11, 1993. These salaries reflect the equity increases
effective June 29, 1992, and cost of living increases effective
December 28, 1992.
