&PPROVING ~qD ~DOPTING THE OPERATING ~
C~PIT~L IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR THE USE OF
COlOrUNiTY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRiMqT FUNDS FOR
THE F~SC~L YF,~R 1992-93.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the city of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
use of Community Development Block Grant Funds, for the Fiscal Year
1992-93 on June 24, 1992; and
W~EREAS, Resolution No. 100-92 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital improvements budgets for the Fiscal Year
1992-93 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets
for the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds for the
Fiscal Year 1992-93, as adopted by Resolution No. 100-92, is hereby
amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 so
amended shall be the budget for the use of Community Development
Block Grant Funds for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 as contemplated to
be made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said Fiscal Year 1992-93
shall total $2,656,153 with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $2,362,453 and the capital improvements budget totaling
$293,700.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the Resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
