A RESOLUTION MENDING RESOLUTION NO. 99-92
APPROVING ~ND ADOPTING THE OPEI~,TING AND
C~PIT~L IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR THE CENTRAL
DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT ~GENCY FOR THE FISC~.~

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
Central District Development Agency, for the Fiscal Year 1992-93 on
June 24, 1992; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99-92 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital improvements budgets for the Fiscal Year
1992-93. Said Resolution No. 99-92 was amended on September 30,
1992, by Resolution no. 190-92, and the City desires to further
amend said Resolution no. 99-92; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets
for the Central District Development Agency for said Fiscal Year
1992-93, as adopted by Resolution no. 99-92, is hereby amended to
reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 so
amended shall be the budget for the Central District Development
Agency for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 as contemplated to be made by
this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said Fiscal Year 1992-93
shall total $2,492,318 with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $2,480,318 and the capital improvements budget totaling
$12,000.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the Resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
