A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 99-92
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE OPERATING AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR THE
CENTRAL DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1992-93.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Bakersfield
and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said City adopted the Operating and
Capital Improvements budgets for the Central District Development Agency, for the
Fiscal Year 1992-93 on June 24, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99-92 approved and adopted the Operating
and Capital Improvements budgets for the Fiscal Year 1992-93 and the City desires
to make an amendment thereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
Central District Development Agency for the Fiscal Year 1992-93, as adopted by
Resolution No. 99-92, is hereby amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit
2. That the said budget for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 so amended
shall be the budget for the Central District Development Agency for said Fiscal Year
1992-93 as contemplated to be made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said Fiscal Year 1992-93 shall total
$2,510,003 with the operating and debt service budget totaling $2,498,003 and the
capital improvements budget totaling $12,000.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of the resolution,
and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by
the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on
