A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 SETTING
SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY, POLICE
SUPERVISORY, AND MANAGEMENT UNITS
(ANNUAL TOOL ALLOWANCE).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-92 sets salaries and related
benefits for employees of the General Supervisory, Police
Supervisory and Management Units of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make an amendment thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that Section 9F of the Resolution setting salaries
and related benefits for employees of the General Supervisory,
Police Supervisory and Management Units is amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 9 - UNIFORM AND TOOL ALLOWANCE
General Supervisory Employees who are required to
provide a full complement of hand tools shall be
reimbursed for replacement of such tools up to
THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($325) annually.
