A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS FOR MATERIALS
AND WORK AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 91-1
(HOSKING TRUNK SEWER)
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL (the "Council") OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD (the "City") as follows:
WHEREAS, the City intents to undertake the construction
and installation of certain public improvements in connection with
City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 91-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED as follows:
1. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a
Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals for the construction of a sanitary
sewer trunk line and associated facilities for City of Bakersfield
Assessment District No. 91-1, pursuant to the plans and
specifications therefor on file with the Department of Public
Works, once a week for two successive weeks in the Bakersfield
Californian, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City. The first publication shall not be less
than fourteen (14) days before the date set for the opening of
bids.
2. Sealed proposals or bids will be opened, examined
and declared by the City Clerk on August 20, 1992, at the hour of
11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Purchasing Officer, 1501 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, California, for the following:
The furnishing of materials for the installation and
construction of sanitary sewer trunk line and associated
facilities together with all appurtenances thereto, in
accordance with the plans and specifications, copies of
which may be obtained from the Department of Public
Works, City of Bakersfield, 1501 Truxtun Avenue,
Bakersfield, California 93301.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of July 1992, by the
following vote:
