A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD REVISING DATES
OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
HERETOFORE SET FOR AUGUST AND
SEPTEMBER, 1992.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution, change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate
to revise the dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 230-91
by rescheduling the August 19, 1992 meeting to August 26, 1992
and canceling the September 2, 1992 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meeting, previously
set for August 19, 1992, shall be at 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, as follows:
Regular Meeting
August 26, 1992
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that Council meeting, set for September 2, 1992 for
the purpose of a regular meeting shall be canceled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
