3. NEW BUSINESS
Owner Participation Agreement with Allen School
Padners, LLC, for redevelopment assistance to carry
out the purposes of the Redevelopment Project, for
property located at 2000 K Street.
City Manager Alan Tandy and Economic
Development Director Jake Wager gave introductory
comments. Harvey May representing Allen Group
answered questions.
Motion by Raphael, seconded by Arriola to
approve agreement subject to City Council
adoption of resolution finding redevelopment
assistance necessary to carry out purposes of
the redevelopment plan.
