Wager provided background information
regarding the Home Program, which is
one of thirteen components of the
Comprehensive Housing Affordability
Strategy (CHAS). He introduced
Community Development Coordinator
Gonzales who gave an overview of the
Home Improvement Partnership Program
and how the guidelines will effect
the City of Bakersfield to enhance
and increase the affordable housing
opportunities. Financing of this
program was also discussed.
