A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 148-88
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS
(TEMPORARY UNIT).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 148-88 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make amendment thereof;
WHEREAS, temporary positions have not received any salary
adjustments since September 1988 and Community Services Department
salaries are partially subsidized by the programs they serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective April 20, 1992, a portion of the Salary
Schedule, a part of Resolution No. 148-88, is hereby amended as
follows:
Resolution No. 148-88 is hereby amended adjusting the
following salaries in the Temporary Unit:
003H Program Coordinator 7.50
063H Recreation Coordinator I 7.50
064H Recreation Coordinator II 8.00
065H Recreation Coordinator III 8.40
066H Recreation Coordinator IV 9.00
008H Recreation Leader I 4.35
010H Recreation Leader II 4.60
012H Recreation Leader III 5.00
044H Lifeguard I 5.00
045H Lifeguard II 5.25
046H Swim Instructor I 5.45
047H Swim Instructor II 5.75
048H Swim Instructor III 6.00
060H Pool Manager I 6.50

Resolution No. 148-88 is hereby amended adding the following class
title to the Temporary Unit:
