A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF
APPLICATION NO. 174-91 PROPOSING PRO-
CEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD IDENTIFIED AS
BRIMHALL NO. 2 ANNEXATION (WARD 4).
WHEREAS, the Council after public hearing on August 14,
1991, adopted its Resolution No. 174-91, proposing proceedings for
annexation of territory to the City of Bakersfield identified as
Annexation No. 356, Brimhall No. 2 Annexation; and
WHEREAS, the annexation number for the Brimhall No. 2
Annexation needs to be changed to Annexation No. 361 for purposes
of sequencing, as requested by the Executive Director of Local
Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that Resolution of Application No. 174-91 is
hereby amended to change the annexation number from No. 356 to
No. 361 for the Brimhall No. 2 Annexation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change in number be
reflected on all documents relating to the Brimhall No. 2
Annexation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk send an exe-
cuted copy of the amended resolution to the Executive Officer of
the Local Agency Formation Commission of Kern County at 2700 "M"
Street, Suite 302, Bakersfield, California 93301.
