AMENDMENT NO. I TO RESOLUTION NO. 198-03 OF
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
REVISING THE DATES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY
AND AUGUST 2004.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the
meetings to be held during any specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the
dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 198-03 by changing the Regular Meeting
scheduled on July 28, 2004 to July 21, 2004 and changing the Regular Meeting for
August 25, 2004 to August 18, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that a Regular Meeting shall be scheduled and held on July 21, 2004 and
August 18, 2004, in the City Council Chambers, as shown below and on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto:
