St. Bakersfield, California Permit # A 356-16 Gent 1 emen: We havre performed a preliminary site assessment at the subject site consisting of soil sampling and laboratory testing in accordance with the requirements of Kern County Health Department Handbook #UT 30. Soil samples were retrieved at two (2.0) and six (6.0) feet below the bottom of the 3000 gallon, cone bottom tank (4'2" in diameter and 4'1" in height). One set of samples was taken between the two 550 gallon tank, which were very close to each other. Soil samples were obtained by our representative in accordance with E.P.A. sampling procedure. Soil samples were placed in clean glass jars, stored on ice and delivered to the laboratory for the testing outlined in the permit.
