Have five-year service done on sprinkler system and standpipe system. 3. Automatic sprinkler system and fire alarm system to be monitored by 24-hour service (within two weeks). 4. Maintain valve for automatic sprinkler system locked in open position. 5. Provide standby lighting for exitways (battery backup). 6. Provide properly lighted exit signs. 7. Repair and maintain standby generator. 8. Remove.combustible liquid from basement, or provide flammable liquid storage cabinet for no more than 120 gallons. · 9. Remove excessive combustible storage from alarm room, first floor. 10. Remove combustible storage'from corridors (trash, rubbish). 11. Replace fire resistive construction in basement, ceiling panels and door leading to exit passageway, door to be at least 3/4-hour rating. 12.
