7UP/RC Bottling Companies
3220 East 26th Street
Vernon, CA 90023
Dear Mr. Coppersmith:
We have received your Tier II Chemical Inventory for the 7UPjRC
Bottling Company located in Bakersfield. I have enclosed a letter
of explanation 9 that was originally sent in April 1989~ that
hopefully will clarify the inventory reporting requirements in
California. You satisfy the Federal Sara Title III Section 312
reporting requirements by completing the business plan and
inventory required under Chapter 6.95 of the Health and Safety
Code.
You have filed a business plan and inventory for this facility with
this office. However, that inventory does not list reportable
quantities of Sulfuric Acid. The Tier II report shows you do have
reportable quantities of Sulfuric Acid.
Please revise your Hazardous Materials Management Plan Inventory as
well as complete the Acutely Hazardous Materials Registration form
enclosed, and return them to this office by March 15, 1990.
Sincerely yours,
·
