--Agency Notification 10/03/1997
FIRST I WOULD NOTIFY THE FIRE DEPT, THEN THE POLICE DEPT BY TELEPHONE I
WOULD NOTOFY IT AS AN EMERGENCY. I WOULD ALSO CALL THE AMBULANCE CO IN CASE
A PERSON IS INTOXICATED.
100FT. THEN I WOULD CALL THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS TO COME TO THE SCENE OF
-- Public Notif./Evacuation 10/03/1997
IF THERE IS PUBLIC I' WOULD CALMLY TELL THEM TO CLEAR THE AREA ONCE AGAIN
WITHIN AT LEAST 100FT OF PROPERTY LINES. I WOULD TELL THEM TO CALMLY MOVE
TO THE SAFE LANES. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD PUT BARRICADES SO NO ONE CROSSES
THEM UNTIL HELP GETS THERE.
Emergency Medical Plan 10/03/1997
THE AMBULANCE IS A GOOD EMERGENCY SERVICE, AS WELL AS THE FIRE DEPT FOR
FIRST AID HELP. THE NEAREST HOSPITAL IS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. THEY SHOULD BE
ABLE TO TREAT ANY INJURED PERSON.

I HAVE 2 55 GAL CONTAINERS IN WHICH WE DUMP USED OIL. THEY ARE COVERED WITH
LIDS AT ALL TIMES AND THEY HAVE A 1 INCH HOLE WITH A LID ALSO. THE OIL IS
POURED THRU THAT HOLE WITH A FUNNEL.
--Release Containment 10/03/1997
WE HAVE PLASTIC CONTAINERS WHERE WE DRAIN THE OIL FROM THE CAR. THEN WE
TAKE THE CONTAINER TO THE BARRELLS RIGHT AWAY.
-- Clean Up 10/03/1997
IN CASE OF A SMALL SPILL WE HAVE A 55 GAL DRUM WHERE WE ALSO PUT KITTY
LITTER. THIS KITTY LITTER IS SOAKED WITH SPILLED OIL THEN PICKED UP WITH A
BROOM. IN CASE OF A LARGE SPILL I WOULD CALL THE FIRE DEPT.
