Welsley Service does need to update the site diagram portion of it's Hazardous Materials Management Plans. The form attached which has the name Oilswell Construction on it is only an example of an acceptable diagram. We have found it necessary to discontinue the uae of symbo.ls and abbreviations on these maps. The updated diagram should use words to indicate the locations of all the items listed on the Map instructions, particularly %he locations of hazardous materials storage. The haz-mat Management.plan on file ~Om this location indicates constant storage sites for the materials listed on the inventory. It is important the responders know where all hazardous materials are located if they must deal w~th an emergency at your business. It seems unlikely that these materials require constant relocation around the building. In fact, continual relocation presents an increased risk that the materials will be sp~lied. Please indicate the typical storage locations~for these materials on your site diagram. Please file updated ~ite diagrams with this office by October 15, tBSO.
