A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-90
APPROVING AN~ ADOPTING TH~ OPE]~ATING AND
CAPITAL I~PROVEM~f$ BUDG~£S FO~ T~ U~E OF
CO~J~ITY DB%r~LOP~NT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1990-91.
WHEi~EA~, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Manager of the City
of Bakersfield has heretofore presented to the City Council of the
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
City of Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1990-91 on
June 27, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, those budgets included provisions
of Community Development Block Grant funds for the
1990-91; and
for the use
fiscal year
~, Resolution No. 85-90 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the fiscal year
1990-91 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof.
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-90 was amended by Resolution No.
174-90 on December 19, 1990.
NON, THEREFOPS, BE IT BR~OL~KDby the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets
for the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds for the
fiscal year 1990-91, as adopted by Resolution No. 85-90 and amended
by Resolution No. 174-90, is hereby amended to reflect the changes
included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1990-91 so
amended shall be the budget for the use of Community Development
Block Grant Funds for said fiscal year 1990-91 as contemplated to
be made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1990-91
shall total $2,052,000 with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $1,308,000 and the capital improvements budget totaling
$744,000.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

I~E~RR¥ CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on APR 2 4 1§§1 by the following
