NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD as follows:
1. Resolution of Intention No. 1078, adopted March 27,
1991, approved plans and specifications for City of Bakersfield
Assessment District No. 90-1.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a Notice
Inviting Sealed Proposals for the construction of street, sewer,
water and associated facilities for City of Bakersfield Assessment
90-1, all as approved in Resolution of Intention No.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 27th day of March, 1991, by the
following vote:
