He will contact the Hazardous Material Division and appropriate cleanup contractors. The tank shall be monitored in a once per week cycle. Each cycle to consist of one test before the weekend and one test upon return after the weekend. 2'. A standard wooden waste oil tank measuring stick is used to perform.the monitoring. 3. Located at 1300 Beale Ave., west of the office build- ing, underground. 4. Ron Segroves, Service Manager, is responsible for per- forming the monitoring and maintaining the equipment. 5. The reporting format shall be the "Quarterly Modified Inventory Control Sheet" and the "Tank Facility Annual Report". 6. Preventive maintenance shall consist of wiping oil off the stick with a clean cloth. Lay the stick on a flat, level surface to check for warpage. 7..Training involves explaining and demonstrating use of monitorin§ guage and proper completion of required 'paperwork.
