a RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-90
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE OPERATING AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR THE CENTRAL
DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT A~ENCY, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1990-91.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
City of Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1990-91 on
June 27, 1990; and,
WtIEREAS, Resolution No. 84-90 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the fiscal year
1990-91 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof.
NON, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOL¥~Dby the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the original of 'the Operating and Capital
Improvements budgets for the Central District Development Agency
for the fiscal year 1990-91, as adopted by Resolution No. 84-90,
is amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1990-91 so
amended shall be the budget for the Central District Development
Agency for said fiscal year 1990-91 as contemplated to be made by
this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1990-91
shall total $2,559,353 with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $2,409,353 and the capital improvements budget totaling
$150,000.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

I HERRRy CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
