A RESOLUTION OF TH~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-90
APPROVING AND ADOPTING '£~u~ OPERATING AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FORT HE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, FORTHE FISCAL YEAR
1990-91.
WHERF2%S, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for
· the City of Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1990-91
on June 27, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-90 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the fiscal year
1990-91 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the original of the Operating and Capital
Improvements budgets for the City of Bakersfield, California, for
the fiscal year 1990-91, as adopted by Resolution No. 83-90, is
amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1990-91
so amended shall be the budget for the City of Bakersfield,
California, for said fiscal year 1990-91 as contemplated to be
made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1990-91
shall total $145,375,790 with the operating and debt service
budget totaling $111,905,365 and the capital improvements budget
totaling $33,470,425.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on 0E0 1 9 1990 by the
following vote:
