AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTaON
2.84.i70 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ADDiTiONAL
COMPENSATION PAID 'TO SAN~TATION
WORKERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as fol!ows:
SECTION 1.
Section 2.84,170 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinsnce shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the Bakersfield
Municipa~ Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
passage.
