RESOL[~ION NO. 153-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF
BAKERSFIELD ACCEPTING A PORTION OF THE
IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC
ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PALADINO DRIVE IN
THE CITnZ OF BAKERSFIELD (TWO MILES EAST OF
FAIRFAX ROAD).
Wq{EREAS, the following described parcel of real
property situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, is a portion of the irrevocable offers of
dedication for road right of way in the south half of Section 7
and southwest quarter os Section 8, T. 29 S., R. 29 E., M.D.M.
and described in two easement grant deeds filed in Book 4871,
page 601, and Book 4928, page 1804, Official Records in the
Office of the Kern County Recorder and has been offered for
acceptance:
An easement for road purposes on, over and across the
following described property:
The south 55.00 feet of Parcel 4
(in said Section 7) as shown on
Parc(~l Map No. 2583 as recorded in
Parcel Map Book 13 at page 22 in
the Office of the Kern County
Recorder; and
The south 55.00 feet of the SW 1/4
of ~he SW 1/4 of Section 8,
Township 29 South, Range 29 East,
MDM, Kern County, California.
NOW, Tit~J~_EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the dedication of the aforedescribed property
is hereby accepted and said property is declared a public highway
and incorporated into the City of Bakersfield road system.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be filed for the recordation with the County
Recorder.
