A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION
OF $627,670 FOR STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES TO
BE ACQUIRED FROM THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC
COMPANY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the sum of $627,670 is established by the City of
Bakersfield as an amount which it believes to be just compensation
for the street lighting facilities, as described in the April 16,
1990 Appraisal Report of R. W. Beck and Associates;
2. That said April 16, 1990 Appraisal Report of R. W.
Beck and Associates is hereby approved; and
3. That the City Attorney is authorized to offer the sum
of $627,670 to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
