The Special Meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. EST.

Director Rojas were present.
Others present were Jim Gray, representing
the project manager; Joe Elliott, Turner
Construction; and Gary Rossetti and Don
Loudermilk, Rossetti & Associates.

Tour and discussion of the Van Andel
Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan for
comparison with the proposed
Bakersfield Convention Center
addition.
