(You would've received the same Bakersfield, CA 93301 VOICE (661)326-3951 bill even if you only had 5 gal of waste oil.) This bill is for having those FAX (661) 326-0576 materials at your place of business. Any business that has hazardous materials or any amount of hazardous waste at any time is required to pay ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES 1715ChesterAve. an annual fee, this is that fee.
