REGARDING: Documentation Regarding Underground Fuel Tank Removal Activity at
'1214 East California Avenue (KES Project No. 87E1079)
Dear Mr. Wines:
As per our telephone conversation of January 6, 1995 I am for~ardbzg supplemental
documentation regarding the above referenced tank removal conducted in early 1987. During
the period of time this project was undertaken by KES our company filed hazardous waste
manifests bt a separate location which have since been archived. As I was personally involved
with the field work on this tank removal project I recollect that the tank was inerted prior to
removal, placed on a registered waste hauler and transported via hazardous waste manifest to
Crosby and Overton's Long Beach facility for decontamination and scrapping.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the undersigned at (805)589-
5220.
Sincerely,
FRANK R. ROSENLIEB, R.E.A.
