During a recent oil well inspection conducted within the city limit of
Bakersfield, CA 93301

inventory. It was noted during my inspection that you currently have (1)
250 gallon propane tank (SunRay DX #2 - SunRay DX #3) 4- 3000 bbl
tank farm.
In addition, you are in violation of Section 7904.3.6 of the Uniform Fire
Code (97 Edition), failure to have signs posted on tank farm.
"Each oil storage tank or group of tanks shall have posted
in a conspicuous place on or near such tank or tanks an
approved sign with the name of the owner or operator,
name or number of lese and the telephOne number where a
responsible person can be reached "anytime."
For your convenience, I am enclosing the following information which
will assist you in returning to compliance. These are as follows:
1. Oil well Inspection checklist
2. Oil well Contact information
3. Business Plan packet
Please have the above corrections made within thirty (30) days.(May 12,
