This is to advise you that thls dep~rtment has reviewed the
project results for the fuel seepage investigation that was conducted
at The California Carwash facility,,4000 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield,
California.
Based upon the laboratory results, this department is satisfied
that the assessment ts complete and no significant soil contamination
resulting from fuel. tank leakage exists at the site.
