A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 118-89
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE OPERATING AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGETS FOR THE CENTRAL
DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1989-90.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the
City of Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1989-90 on
June 28, 1989; and,
W~ENEAS, Resolution No. 118-89 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvements budgets for the fiscal year
1989-90 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the original of the Operating and Capital
Improvements budgets for the Central District Development Agency
for the fiscal year 1989-90, as adopted by Resolution No. 118-89,
is amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1989-90 so
amended shall be the budget for the Central District Development
Agency for said fiscal year 1989-90 as contemplated to be made by
this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1989-90 shall
total $2,984,147 with the operating and debt service budget
totaling $2,914,14'7 the capital improvements budget totaling
$70,000.
4. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of the
resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on ~UN 2 v 199~ by the following
