A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD REVISING DATES OF REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETING, WORKSHOP AND BUDGET
HEARINGS HERETOFORE SET FOR MAY AND
JUNE, 1990.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is ap[~ropriate to
revise the dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 191-89 by
adding a regular meeting on June 13, 1990, and deleting the regular
meeting on June 6, rescheduling the May 23rd workshop to May 30,
1990 and the budget hearings scheduled for June 5 and 6 to June
12 and 13, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meeting, previously
set for June 6th, slnall be at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
as follows:
Regular Meeting - June 13, 1990
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the Council meetings, previously set for May 23
and June 5 and 6, for the purpose of a workshop session and
budget hearings commencing at 5:15 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
shall be rescheduled as follows:
Worksho~ - May 30, 1990
Budget Hearings - June 12, 1990
June 13, 1990

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on MAY - 2 ~990 , by
the following vote:
