A RESOLUTION OF T~E COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ACCE~TING A PORTION OF
IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC
ROAD RIGRT-OF-WAY FOR PALADINO DRIVE IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD (APPROXIMATELY ONE
MILE NORTRUEST OF MESA MARIN RACE TRACK).
DEED NO. 3222
WBEREA~, the following described parcel of real
property situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, is a portion of the irrevocable offers of
dedication for road right of way in the southeast quarter of
Section 7, T. 29 S., R. 29 E., M.D.M. and described in two
easement grant deeds; filed in Book 4871, pages 581 and 584,
Official Records in the Office of the Kern County Recorder and
has been offered for acceptance:
An easement for road purposes on, over and across
the following described property:
The south 55 feet of the SE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Township
29 South, Range 29 East, MI)M, Kern
Count:y, California.
NOW, T}~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the dedication of the aforedescribed property
is hereby accepted and said property is declared a public highway
and incorporated into the City of Bakersfield road system.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be filed for the recordation with the County
Recorder.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on MAY - 2 1990 , by the
