RESOLUTION NO. 39-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD DEDICATING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR WHITE LANE (ADJACENT TO THE AIRPARK
PROPERTY) BETWEEN UNION AVENUE AND COTTONWOOD
ROAD WITHIN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD (RODDEN).
WHEREAS, real property located in the northwest quarter
of Section 17, Township 30 South, Range 28 East, M.D.B.&M., City
of Bakersfield, Kern County, California, has been granted to the
City of Bakersfield by deed recorded in Book 6367, Page 1168 of
Official Records in the Office of the Kern County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield proposes to use a portion
of the property as public street right-of-way providing for future
widening of White Lane to City standard width.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the City of Bakersfield hereby dedicates the
real property described in Exhibit "A" as a public street.
2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Resolution and shall cause a certified copv hereof, attested
by the Clerk under the seal of the City, to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Kern, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
