Control Fire Protection performs 5 year sprinkler service and certification. Klein's Fire inspects the Fire extinguishers on a monthly basis and certifies them annually. Employees are trained to emergency stop machinery and exit the building as shown on the evacuation drawings. Employees are to report to the meeting area in the parking lot at the northeast comer of the property. Supervisors are to take the attendance sheets to the meeting area. The Secondary Emergency Coordinator is responsible for coordinating employee head count. Notification of missing employees will be made to Fire Officer upon arrival. C. PUBLIC EVACUATION: Due to the materials that Dopaco uses, and the small quantities that are stored on-site, we do not anticipate the need for public evacuation. D. EMERGENCY MEDICAL PL,~N: Dopaco maintains a staff of employees trained in first aid and CPR. At least two (2) trained employees will be present during operating shifts. The names of these employees will be posted in the facility. Trained employees will be notifie~ by loudspeaker of a medical emergency. The supervisor or manager will be responsible for contacting 911. Dopaco maintains a supply of first aid equipment including equipment for handling and disposal of bloodborne pathogens. Ail employees trained in first aid will be trained in bloodborne pathogens. Injured employees will be sent to Memorial or Mercy Hospitals. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS MANAGEMENT PLAN ' SECTION 7: MITIGATION, PREVENTION AND ABATEMENT PLAN A. RELEASE PREVENTION STEPS: All chemicals are stored in sealed containers until ready for use. Containers are 55 gallon capacity or less. Transfer of materials is done in designated areas using proper grounding and bonding when necessary.
