Closure permit # A-798-31. Based upon the findings this Department is satisfied that the assessment is complete and no significant soil contamination resulted from the underground tanks at the site. Mr. Larki Barnett of Calpi informed us that you gave him verbal okay to backfill the holes with dirt which was removed in the tank excavation. The soil analyses were excellent and the;job is completed, but our Envionmental Manager has requested that you please furnish him with a letter confirming the permission to backfill.
