Any deviation from sample locations and numbers of constituents to be sampled for which are described below and in Handbook #UT-30 must receive prior approval by the Health Department. a. A minimum of two samples must be retrieved beneath the center of the gasoline tank at. depths of approximately two feet and six feet. b.
