NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Executor:
It has come to our attention that you currently own property located at
11707 Pensinger Road, Bakersfield, CA which contains a diesel fuel storage
tank(s). Our records reveal that the tank(s) have been out of service for more
than ninety (90) days.
Per 7902.1.7.3 of the Uniform Fire Code, this tank must be properly removed.
Please make the necessary arrangements to properly remove this tank by
obtaining a "Removal Permit" from this office.
