A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10-89
TO APPROVE SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR THE POLICE SUPERVISORY UNIT
OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, this Resolution amends Resolution No. 10-89
by amending its provisions and extending its term for the Police
Supervisory Unit to 12:00 midnight on January 1, 1991.
WHEREAS, effective January 1, 1990, salary ranges for
Police Supervisory personnel shall be increased by four (4%)
percent.
WHEREAS, certain benefits provided to both Police
Supervisory and Police Unit personnel shall be maintained at
equal levels for the remaining term of this resolution. The
specific benefits are: a) standby pay b) motorcycle pay
c) uniform allowance d) vacation and holidays and e) sick
including any sick leave conversion program(s).

WHEREAS, except as modified herein, the terms of
Resolution 10-89 are unchanged for Police Supervisory Unit
personnel.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on ~E~ 7 ~§90
